Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation is not something that I had tried before, and in the moment you might not think it is effective... But there are certain situations that you get in during the season, for example when you've lost a game, you're frustrated, it's so important to come back to the breath, to help you to relax your mind and your body. It all goes back to the Yoga and Breathing work... Calming the body and loosening the mind. It was very effective for me. Even though I was skeptical initially, it was very effective and I was really happy we did it!
